Layout Planning
We draw a layout plan showing the starting position, panel count, cut positions, and how the fluted profile terminates at all edges. A plumb reference line is marked on the wall.
Panel Cutting & Preparation
Panels cut to exact height. Outlet and switch cutouts measured and marked individually. Cut edges checked for smoothness at visible terminations.
Panel Fixing
Panels fixed to substrate using construction adhesive, mechanical fixings, or both depending on substrate type. Each panel checked for plumb against the reference line before setting.
Finishing & Handover
Corner trims, edge strips, and ceiling reveals fitted. Full wall reviewed under room lighting. Any gaps, misaligned grooves, or loose trim corrected before client walkthrough and sign-off.
