Subfloor Levelness
SPC is rigid and brittle. The subfloor must be flat (max 3mm variance over 3m) to prevent joint breakage.
Expansion Gaps
We leave 8-10mm gaps around walls (covered by skirting) to allow for thermal expansion/contraction.
Acclimatization
Planks should acclimate to the room temperature for 24-48 hours before installation to prevent warping.
