Why Do Prices Vary?
Not all vinyl planks are created equal. The cost difference usually lies in the wear layer thickness, backing material, and installation method.
Plank Thickness
We stick to 3mm commercial grade. Avoid 2mm planks for long-term durability.
Wear Layer (0.3 vs 0.5)
The transparent topcoat. 0.3mm is standard for homes; 0.5mm is required for heavy commercial traffic and rolling chairs.
Texture & Embossing
Deep-embossed or registered-emboss planks that mimic real wood grain cost ₱50-100 more per sqm than smooth finishes.
Subfloor Prep
Vinyl planks require a flat surface. Uneven floors require self-leveling compound (additional ₱150-250/sqm).
Installation Method
Glue-down is permanent and stable but labor-intensive. Click-lock is faster but requires underlayment for acoustics.

Your Requirements
Measure Net Area
Get the Length x Width of your rooms (e.g. 5m x 4m = 20sqm).
Add Waste Factor
Add 10% for cuts and waste. (e.g. 20sqm x 1.10 = 22sqm needed).
Calculate Boxes
Divide Total Area by Box Coverage (typically 2.15 sqm/box for vinyl planks).
