Custom Fabrication
Track and vanes cut to your exact dimensions. PVC or fabric vanes prepared in your chosen series. Lead time: 7–14 working days.
Track Mounting & Leveling
Track secured to ceiling or fascia with appropriate anchors for your substrate (concrete, CHB, or drywall). Leveled across full span.
Vane Hanging & Alignment
Vanes clipped into carriers one by one. Carrier spacing adjusted for uniform hang. All vanes aligned to hang plumb.
Function Testing & Handover
Full traverse left-to-right tested, tilt rotation verified across all vanes, cord management and cleating confirmed before sign-off.
