Why Do Prices Vary?
Two projects using the same vane material can have different per-sqft costs depending on these five factors.
Track Length
Longer tracks require heavier-gauge headrail and more carriers. Tracks over 3m may require intermediate support brackets.
Vane Material
PVC is typically 15–25% lower than fabric. Blackout fabric commands a premium over light-filtering weave.
Motorization
Electric traverse motor adds a flat per-motor cost on top of the vane price. Especially practical for wide or high-mounted tracks.
Number of Windows
Projects with 5+ windows typically qualify for volume pricing. Ask during the site visit.
Ceiling Type
Drywall ceilings require toggle anchors which add minor labor time versus standard masonry drill.

Both materials use the same 89mm vane width and track system. The choice is driven by the room's moisture level, aesthetic preference, and maintenance requirements.
PVC Vanes

- Plain Flat Series: smooth surface, clean modern look — ₱95–₱120/sqft
- London Series: textured embossed surface, structured commercial look — ₱110–₱140/sqft
- Standard vane width: 89mm. Wipe-clean with damp cloth. No mold in humid conditions.
Fabric Vanes
₱129 – ₱170 / sq ft
- Light Filtering: woven polyester, diffuses light, residential warmth — ₱129–₱155/sqft
- Blackout weave: full room darkening, same vane format — ₱145–₱170/sqft
- Vacuum or brush to clean. Remove individual vanes for deeper cleaning.
